Delivery

All TS Jewellery Designs Jewellery items are sent out carefully packaged by tracked special delivery.  We aim to dispatch in stock jewellery within 2 to 3 days of payment being received.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email, together with details of how to track your parcel.

Returns

All items are checked before they are sent out and I am sure that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to exchange or refund, please return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please include a reason for return.

You’ll have to pay postage costs, and the jewellery must be unaltered and in its original, re-saleable condition. We recommend using a tracked, insured service, such as Royal Mail’s Special Delivery, and do keep proof of posting!

Prior to return, please contact me to make me aware of the return and reason for it.

Once we’ve received your return, we aim to process your refund or (stock permitting) your exchange within 5 working days.

Please ensure that the items are safely packaged and returned to us using a signed for delivery service .  We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned to us.

In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge will apply of £5 to UK addresses and £15 to international addresses.

Knowing your correct ring size is so important. You can find out how to measure your ring size here . Alternatively, any High Street jeweller will be able to check it for you. Still not sure? Then contact us for advice. And remember, if you’re buying jewellery as a gift, we do vouchers, too!

Items that cannot be returned:

Commissions:

Jewellery that has been specially created to your own requirements or personalised cannot be returned.

Earrings:

I regret that for hygiene reasons under UK Health and Safety law, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.
